About Sabrea:

Sabrea Aijalon Curiel is a NYC-based singer, songwriter, and performer with a passion for storytelling through music. As the front-woman of her band Regal, Sabrea has been making waves in the city’s live music scene, performing original songs at iconic venues like The Triad Theater, The Delancey, Brooklyn Music Kitchen, Pianos, The Shrine, Ariston Flowers & Café and many more. Her single “Regal” is nearing 40,000 streams and continues to resonate with listeners for its raw emotion and empowering energy.

Though her heart is now fully rooted in music, Sabrea’s artistic journey began in acting, filmmaking, and musical theater. She has performed Off-Broadway at venues like Don’t Tell Mama and The Triad Theater (including her solo show debuting her first EP Not Possible, Yes Possible), and has been featured in productions at The Producers Club and PACE University. Her creative work behind the camera includes writing, editing, and producing a variety of short films.

A proud graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, Sabrea has also studied under Broadway star Ryan McCartan and competed for over eight years in hula and Tahitian dance with Halau Hula a Kawika laua 'o Leinani.

Sabrea is Haitian, Mexican, Native American, and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. Her mission is to create and uplift — using her voice to carve out space in the industry and open doors for others like her. Every performance, every lyric, and every stage is a celebration of her roots, resilience, and boundless creativity.
